Specialists in Senior Wellness and Aging in Place

Active Aging is the result of twenty years of friendship and a shared passion in caring for seniors in our community. Forty years combined experience in home health care has shown us the need for a comprehensive approach to supporting seniors in the common goal of aging in place with dignity and a high quality of life. We see patients thrive during our time together for physical therapy, and often hear "I wish you could keep coming!" and "I do so much better when you are here." By offering ongoing wellness care and safety services, in addition to physical therapy, our patients are equipped to safely maintain their independence and optimize their health and well-being.
